1 / Where can I locate the physical registration booth in church?
在教堂内的何处我可以找到实体报名的地方？
The registration booth will be open from 2 February 2025 onwards, located at Level 1 outside the Oasis.
实体报名处位于一楼的绿洲厅外，将于2月2日起开放，
2 / If I need help with registering for the church camp, where can I seek help from?
我可以从哪里获得帮助报名教会营
Please approach the physical registration booth and we will try our best to assist you.

3 / What do I need to prepare to register at the physical registration booth in church?
在实体报名处报名时，我需要准备什么？
Please bring your passport details, and ensure that you have confirmed your roommate/ rooming arrangements (for twin and triple sharing rooms) .
请携带你的护照资料、确保你已确认室友/房型安排（双人房、三人房）。
Please ensure that your passport has 7 months validity from the church camp period (i.e. 13 January 2026)
请确保你的护照在教会营活动期间至少还有7个月的有效期 （i.e 2026年1月13日）。
We highly encourage you to pay via QR code to Church. However, if you need to pay in cash please bring exact change to the payment table. You will be able to find the payment team at the L1 registration booth.
我们极力鼓励你通过扫描二维码向教会支付营费。若以现金支付，请携带刻付的金额，我们不提供找赎。收款人员也驻留在一楼的实体报名处
4 / Can I check in earlier or extend my stay?
我可以提前入住或延长住宿时间吗？

5 / Who is entitled to the subsidised rates for Charisians?
哪些颂恩堂成员有资格享受津贴的营费？
Baptised and non-baptised Charians who have been attending Charis regularly for more than 6 months as of the date of the church camp are entitled to the subsidised rate for Charisians.
从教会营当日起，凡已定期参加在颂恩堂聚会超过6个月的受洗和未受洗成员。
6 / Can I pay for only 1-way transport? 我可以只支付单程交通费用吗？
2-way transport by coach is the default arrangement, even if you only need 1-way transport.
既定安排是乘坐双程的往返营地，即便只需要单程交通也是一样的费用。
7 / When will registration close?
报名何时截止？
Registration closes by 11 April or when 200 campers have registered, whichever is earlier.
报名截止日期将于4月11日或是200名满额便截止。
Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis and confirmed only on full payment.
报名采取先到先得的原则，并在全额付款后，位席才算被确定。
8 / Is travel insurance included in the price? 营费中包含旅行保险吗？
Travel insurance is not included. Please arrange for your own travel insurance.
不包含旅行保险，请自行安排购买。
9 / Who are eligible for child rates?
哪些人合格付儿童的营费价格
Child rates are for children between the age of 3-12 (age as of 9 June 2025). There are no fees for children aged below 3 (as of 9 June 2025).
3至12岁的儿童（以2025年6月9日的年龄为准）合格付儿童营费价格。3岁以下的儿童（以2025年6月9日的年龄为准）免费。
10 / I realised I have made a mistake in the details submitted for my booking. How do I go about amending these details?
我发现我在提交的报名资料中有错误时，我该如何修改？
Please send over the relevant details (e.g. the detail of the error, the correct information) to the Church Office email address: shiminadmin@charismc.org.sg

Please also provide your booking reference number for easy reference.

11 / How do I indicate that I would like connecting rooms in my booking? 我要如何在预订中表明我想要连通房
Please note that this is subject to the hotel’s availability of such types of rooms.
这需视旅店对此类客房的供应情况而定。
We will gather this preference separately after registration has closed. Please note however, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to get connecting rooms.

B. Payment

1 / What are the payment methods available?
有哪些付款方式可供选择？
We highly encourage all to pay via electronic means (i.e. paynow). The paynow QR code can be found in the booking confirmation email sent to your email address and at the physical registration booth.
我们极力鼓励你通过PayNow/PayLah付款。当完成报名的程序后，你将会收到一个确认的电邮。PayNow/PayLah二维码就在此电邮内，你也可以在实体报名处获得。
If you would prefer to pay via cash, please bring exact amount, and pass it to the payment team on Sunday.
若以现金付款，星期日在报名处交给负责收款人员。请携带该付金额，我们不提供找赎。
You will be able to find the payment team at the registration booth.
你可以在实体报名处与负责收款人员接洽。
2 / How long do I have to make payment after registering for church camp?
报名参加教会营后，我需要全额付款的期限是多长？
Please note that you will need to make full payment within 2 weeks from registering for church camp. Beyond the 2 weeks, your booking will be automatically removed and your slots released to someone else.
请注意！你需要在报名参加教会营后的 2 周内全额付款。超过 2 周后，你的预订位席将自动被删除，位席将让给其他人。
Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
只有在收到全额付款后，你的位席才算被确定
3 / Will there be any payment reminders sent?
会发送通知提醒付款到期吗？
There will be no payment reminders sent.
不会发送通告提醒你付款到期。
We highly encourage you to make payment immediately upon submission of your registration on the website or at the registration booth.
我们极力鼓励你在线上报名时或在实体报名时就立即付营费。
4 / Will there be receipts issued after payment is made?
付款后会有收据吗？
Receipts will not be issued by default.
既定情况下，不会发出收据。
Please let the payment team know if you would require one.

Yes, there will be church camp briefing sessions organised.

2 / When do I collect the church camp T-shirt?
我什么时候可以领取教会营的 T 恤？
We will update on the date and time in due course.

3 / Where will the coach transport pick-up be?
教会营的接送巴士服务将在哪个接送地点上车？
We will post the transport pick-up options in the Oasis when we have finalized all the bookings. We seek your cooperation to be flexible when we need to re-assign you to another pick-up point as coaches are booked on full capacity basis.
当所有的预订位席截止后，我们将在绿洲发布关于巴士接送地点的选项。当我们有需要将你重新分配到另一个接送点时，我们寻求你的合作。
As much as possible, we will allocate those in the same booking reference to the same coach.
我们会尽可能安排那些持有同样预订编号的报名者同乘一辆接送巴士。
